A good experience

Mansfield BS has been courteous and professional throughout the registration process. A phone call from Mansfield BS early on to check my understanding was much appreciated. Reviewed on: 8th December 2023

Interest uncompetitive

appeared to be a great account when opened, but unfortunately Mansfield failed to keep up with other companies in terms of the increasing interest rates environmenrt. Reviewed on: 8th December 2023

Big service from one of the smaller Societies !

Not internet banking.

Good ISA rate

Good product. Pleasant helpful staff on end of a telephone. Call back when promised. Reviewed on: 8th December 2023

Disappointed

I am used to working with banks that are electronic and you can open accounts instantly online. Having to wait for the post to receive log in details did not work. The account numbers were confusing not the standard 8 numbers it appeared and when i sent money to my supposed new account the money never reached its destination and it was returned.
