Good rates, admin awkward

I have had Mansfield accounts for some years. Surprised I still have to send my passbook in and get a cheque when I’m registered for online access. And online is very clunky. Reviewed on: 24th August 2022

savings interest rates

Sadly the Mansfield savings rates were competitive for only a short while before other providers overtook. As someone looking to invest over £20k with easy access, every 0.5% makes a difference I'm afraid. Reviewed on: 24th August 2022

Used to have good rates

The Mansfield BS used to have a regular saver with a good rate but like a lot of them they have not kept up with increases in the base rate and now we have instant access accounts that have better rates. The branch staff are friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 15th August 2022
