Bond maturing and needed to reinvest.

Bond maturing and needed to reinvest. The form sent gave 3 options. Reinvest it all, take some out and reinvest the rest, and take it all out. I wanted to add to what was there , and the faffing around was unbelievable and is not mentioned on the form. If you could add a fourth section that says I want to reinvest all the money and add to it. would be brilliant Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026

Savings accouny

Opening a savings account with the Mansfield Building Society has been such an easy task from filling a simple form to receiving a confirmation email , no complications at all . The bonus being that I’m now saving with a local business that no only provides a good interest rate for savers but I can also visit my branch to speak in person to one of their advisors Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026

Great service but short hours

It has been a great experience and the staff are very friendly and helpful but the hours have not been great as I am at school so can never call them apart from in a small window on Saturday morning which makes it quite difficult for me.
