Problems receiving money when closing account

To close accounts, the Mansfield doesn't transfer money by fast payments; only by CHAPS (at a charge) or cheques (that take a long time in the post). Reviewed on: 9th October 2023

Branch experience

Going into the branch at Sutton is such a pleasure. Emma and her team are very professional but make you feel at ease. Emma is so knowledgeable and will help you in any way she can. Easy to open an Online Account

Nice Saving Rate. Nice Easy Sign Up.

New savings account opened in branch at Kirkby. No queues and within 15 minutes, it was all done. Maybe because I had another account helped matters, possibly so.
