Pass-book based account but extremely helpful staff

Despite its being a pass-book based ISA, the identificcation checks and opening of the account were accomplished easily. The information with regard to account maturity was sent out in good time, allowing a sensible chance to review my options. The staff have always been positive and helpful. Small but reliable Building Society.
