Great Service

Easy to contact by phone, always friendly and helpful, things clearly and simply explained, no rush nor pressure, really appreciate being able to go into branch and open accounts via post, never pushed onto a computer/web site, not always necessary to have an appointment, good walk in service, branches warm and welcoming, it would be nice if the branches had longer opening times but I appreciate the financial implications. GREAT BUILDING SOCIETY

i call it the "Friendly Building Society", as the staff are very helpful & friendly for an 80 year old OAP like me! The only thing I don't like about Mansfield is the beat us in the FA Cup, but good luck to them now. Reviewed on: 13th January 2026
