Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Amazing by today's standards

I ensured both my cat and dog under one policy. Literally weeks later my lovely six year old dog was diagnosed with a tumour on her ear and underwent surgery to remove a mast cell tumour. Bought by Many (Many Pets old moniker) paid for everything, which was incredible. Sadly, a year and a half later my lovely, beautiful dog became very unwell, and underwent an MRI scan which showed an inoperable aggressive brain tumour. The tests and subsequent palliative treatment, putting my beloved pet to sleep and her cremation were all paid for without any quibbles. Staff at Many Pets were kind, compassionate and caring, they went the extra mile for which I will be forever grateful at a really sad time for me and my family. I cannot thank them enough. They were absolutely great. My cat will remain insured by them. I honestly cannot recommend Many Pets enough and have already recommended them to friends. Reviewed on: 14th October 2022

Best pet insurance available

I've insured 3 dogs with the company and my current Charlie who is a German Shepherd was diagnosed with Hip Dysplasia approximately 3 years ago. Many Pets have paid all his claims including x-rays, hydrotherapy, medication in an extremely timely manner with acceptable increases in annual premiums, exactly what a responsible pet owner wants. Excellent insurer

Many pets are a very efficient insurer, claims were easy to make, and promptly paid out. Video vet calls are so helpful. Being able to choose between either acash back policy or a one excess fee per year policy is great. Reviewed on: 13th October 2022

Brilliant website, easy to navigate and excellent cover

I came across this company after searching for a renewal quote online. The website was easy to navigate as each stage and description was straight forward and in plain English. It explained how my cat would be covered and what wouldn't. I went for the highest cover as it included dental cover which is quite rare these days. They also offered free vet consultation via an app and again this is brilliant should I need it in the future! Overall price was extremely competitive and no one else could match it with the high level of cover I took so I am very happy with the service, cover and price. Reviewed on: 13th October 2022

Good service and excellent communication and support

Policy offers a good range of services included in the policy including on line vet service available 24-7 (gives real peace of mind to always have advice on hand).
