Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Best insurance to buy

Absolutely fantastic insurance, I recommend my cousin who has also just took out her insurance. Great policy i have 3 dog's. Great price, low excess., helpful friendly and claims are easy and sorted quickly. I have always received money back each year for not claiming much, but I know all my dog's are insured and and looked after by Manypets. Highly recommend to everyone. Efficient and helpful

My dog required an emergency operation and I rang to ask for a claim form, the very helpful lady said tell me your vets name & leave it all to me, I will sort it, and that is exactly what she did. No fuss, my vets were paid quickly and I didn’t have that worry on top of worrying about my dogs recovery. Very impressed. Reviewed on: 14th September 2022

Truly exceptional!!.

Having never had dog insurance before, we were recommended to join bought by many by our daughter, we have had around 6 claims in the first year(puppies eh) and every claim was settled in less than a week, one was actually initiated by me at 3pm on the vet visit day, that was paid by 10 am the next day. My policy cost went up by a pound this year but I honestly have been so impressed with the whole service, the only 1 bad incident I had was when an email went unanswered for around a week, I complained and received an apology from one of the managers. The best dog insurance around

I did a good amount of research online and spoke to other owners above who their Dog’s were insured with and I’m so pleased to have chosen Manypets. The customer service people I’ve spoken to were professional, understanding, clear communication and knew what they were talking about!
