Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Extremely poor now.

Used to be a good company. I certainly cannot say that anymore. It now takes them over 2 months to settle claims. This last claim was for medication that we've had many times before, an itemised invoice was attached, yet it has still taken 9 weeks & it's not settled yet. They admitted that my initial claim hadn't been logged (their fault), yet it is still taking ages. I've had more emails 'regarding complaint' than any to to do with settling the claim. Best pet insurance ever

Brilliant customer service

We lost our beloved little dog this past Christmas following a tragic accident and two subsequent operations.
