Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Impressed so far

We’ve not been with Bought by Many for long, but incredibly impressed so far. Decent price, excellent cover and the video vet consultations have saved the nerves of a worried new kitten owner on several occasions so far! It’s worth it for that service alone Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Best insurers ever

I have my frenchie & shih tzu insured with bought by many & can't fault anything about them, I have used the free 24/7 video calls twice & both times had great experience & saved me vet consultation fees, great service & great company, my shih tzu recently had a litter & all new owners of the pups have signed up with the company also, I recommend to everyone I speak to who's looking for pet insurance too...definatley a 5 star company. Speedy and efficient

On the occasions that it has been necessary to make a claim I have found the response time as rapid and helpful. The annual fees for this insurance which covers us to a maximum of £15000 I consider very reasonable. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

luckily we haven't needed to use the services provided but when compared the others bought by many was the most competitive priced comprehensive insurance for the cover we required. Highly Recommend!

BBM were very thorough and helpful when we had to make a claim for our puppy. Having already been slightly traumatised at what our puppy was going through, we also had to deal with the financial burden of this. BBM were so helpful and relieved any pressures we had. In addition the 24 hour access to a First Vet which comes with our policy has been a god send! They are so different from any other insurance company I’ve been with before and really pride themselves on helping their customers. They reached out to us on social media at one stage too and I honestly felt I was dealing with a friend than anyone else. As well as being incredible value for money and worth every penny spent, their customer service is fantastic.
