Marsden delays resulted in my having to pay more for my mortgage

My mortgage came up for renenwal recently and I tried to get a comparison of the options available for 2 weeks without success. Marsden did not respond to my emails and it was made more difficult because i was overseas. By the time they returned my message the variable rate option i wanted to take was no longer available so I ended up paying more for my mortgage, and they would no take responsibility for this. Nice people to do business with

Avoid like the plague
