Auto renewing and refunding partially after a long time

They auto renewed my insurance and would not provide me a contact number to call and cancel. They didnt send me any postal correspondance to inform me. They took out over 1000£ as premium from my bank account. Only chat facility available to corresspond which is slow. I cancelled the insurance over chat immediately (within cooling off period) but they still charged me £30 admin fee. They also gave me a huge bill for 2 days' insurance they charged pro-rata. Raised a complaint and they took months to respond. They didnt do anything. They took a long time refunding the money as well and still charged Admin fee (even though I was withing 7 day cooling off period). Thieves. Stay away from them Reviewed on: 14th August 2024

Scam Fraud Company

This insurance will capitalise on any event you have in the most malicious way. Very inhumane staff and vicious act of capitalising of innocence of human errors (include typos). A disgraceful service. Stay away. Please check upcoming vider customer experience journey for this con artists founders. Terrible. Reviewed on: 7th December 2021

The worst company insurance

Very unprofessional. They have cancelled my insurance Without any motivation. Further, they do not want to send me the money to another account for privacy and security reason. Reviewed on: 6th December 2021

Terrible Insurance

I became unemployed during lockdown and because of this they put my insurance up. Yeah makes no sense. The world is already struggling but you want to strain me more. I had an unfortunate crash and they took a month on my claim for payout. At one point they didn’t even know where my car was and had I not called there would’ve been no movement. Then when they did pay me they told me they would let me know before hand and didn’t and took money out of my claim to which they said I could renew my insurance but never gave me the opportunity to do so. Avoid avoid avoid

I wish I never got my car insurance with them - it was very expensive for very poor customer service - all the issues I had were not resolved, makes me wonder how difficult they'd be to deal with if I was unfortunate enough to have an accident. Avoid avoid avoid!! Reviewed on: 29th November 2021

Avoid! Avoid!

Awful company. Really not worth for saving £200. I wish I checked reviews before I got insurance with them. Cancelled insurance with them after 4 months. Reviewed on: 8th July 2021
