Greatful for being able to move funds into a fixed rate, I would of liked to open a regular savers account however these are restricted to a limited area, as a long standing exisitng customer an exeption should be made. Reviewed on: 5th June 2023

Navigation problems

I have been on this website for over an hour an it is not easy to find what I want: I cannot find the interest rate for my old account (too embarrassingly low?) and cannot find how to create an online account to upgrade it. Was in the branch this morning and no comment that the account I have does not pay a competitive rate of interest and no interest in finding the best / correct account for me, the customer.
