I like the face-to-face customer service. The staffa re all very knowledgeable and friendly at the branch in Melton Mowbray and the branch is very local for me should I have any queries. Reviewed on: 25th March 2024

Contacted your Society as offered postal accounts. Only improvement: we had missed call (no message) from 01664 414141, when rang back HQ could not find anyone who had rung us when we rang back the following day. HQ then advised application was with Bourne branch so on contacting this branch we assertained the reason for the call. Reviewed on: 25th March 2024
