Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Great Bank

After a bad experience with one of the so-called "big" banks, imagine our relief to enter a bank with excellent customer support and the facility to speak to experts 7 days a week. After our previous experience of advice consisting of phone numbers to ring and web sites to navigate, the face to face contact provided by Metro has been a godsend. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Best Bank for Businessess

I don’t have words to explain how good Metro bank is and how good their staff is, I’ve been with Barclays for more the 4 years and had given them plenty of business and turn over of half a million every quarter but when I needed help they’ve turned the back on me and didn’t want to help me at all, I visited local Metro bank in Cardiff and Business manager Zoe met us FACE TO FACE, which was amazing and she helped us and sorted our problem out straight away very smooth transaction and wouldn’t go anywhere else now.. keep up the good work metro bank and your great staff.
