Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

A breath of fresh air

Having moved from RBS to Metro, I can tell you it was like a breath of fresh air. A whole new attitude towards business banking, and not just my Business. My personal account Has proved to be better and more personal, with a good easy to use App. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Quick and easy

Trust Account recommendation

Although it got off too a very bumpy and longwinded start whereby I was misled on the ts & cs of a Trust (in Will) account for a minor; it has worked out quite well (apart from the monthly charges introduced back in Jan 2022 and the minuscule interest (0.2% thereabouts). Finally a bank that works for my busy life!

We moved our business account from Barclays to Metro after i saw the prominent high street bank. I looked at the opening times, the presence of real people and the welcoming atmosphere when i entered the doors. the staff were friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. A few months after i opened the account i was contacted by my business manager to see if they could help me. compare this to previous bank who when i visited in branch told me the nearerst business advisor was over a 45 minute drive away! Finally a company that when they say they offer great customer service, you really deliver.Not only are you talking the talk, but walking the walk too :) Cannot rate them high enough and looking to transfer all my other business accounts over to Metro as soon as I can.
