Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Breath of Fresh Air

After all the hassle we've had with other business bank accounts it such a breath of fresh air to find a bank which employs all of the old fashioned principles of 'the customer is king'. At last we are back to the good old days when you could speak to an actual person face to face instead of an automated program, Metro bank is a bank of today that has all the modern technology but it employs old fashioned and much missed personal touches that are really missing today. Safe deposit box

Excellent Bank for Business

We were recently informed by another bank that they would be closing our accounts and would no longer support our business. After all the panic that entailed, we contact Metro Bank's Liverpool branch and were help enormously by their Business Banking Manager, and had a new account open within a week of going in! Since then, everything has been plain sailing and we find the online banking and mobile app very well laid out and intuitive. Would highly recommend Metro Bank! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
