Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Best Flexible Banking for a business that works all hours

I am very pleased with Metro Bank. I like the fact that I can walk into the branch any day of the week and that they have extended hours compared to other banks. A Sense of Community

The Community Account enables our not-for-profit Club to function like a current account. Using the card, paying in, without penalty, contributes to our smooth running. Setting up & servicing the acct, face to face, is always a pleasure & not a chore. Oh! And I love the dog bowls & treats - a thoughtful touch! It's an inclusive bank for the 21st Century. Excellent and quick service when opening an account for my Basketball Club

Having been 13 weeks trying to open an account online with Nat West I went into the local Metro bank and my account was up and running within 3 weeks. Had my college been able to accompany me when I went in to do the paperwork it would have been opened muck quicker. Very helpful staff great app thats easy to use and overall a very good account. Metro Bank is also open long hours and all weekend making banking with them very convenient. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
