Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Finally, a bank which works for you.

Having received declining service from a traditional big 4 high street bank, over 10 years, I felt I had to try an alternative. Whilst the products are very similar, their delivery differs materially, for the better. The most significant improvement is the quality of their staff, from account management to specialist teams, who really do have in-depth experience and knowledge to share, gladly; through to their responsive and helpful telephony based staff. New customer with Metro Bank (business account). In Branch experience excellent and over the phone, issues resolved with immediately. Staff are knowledgeable and resolved my issues efficiently and effectively with minimum fuss. Open until late and branches also open on Sundays! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
