Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Worst Bank we have ever dealt with for business banking

Metro Bank has provided the worst customer service we have ever experienced, especially at its Bromley Branch. Staff are uncooperative, hostile, and unprofessional. Hard to believe this bank can retain a banking licence. Up until about two years it was a good bank, but something has changed and customer service has fallen off a cliff. Fair and easy to work with

We had opened this bank during lockdown as we never had a proper business bank and metro bank helped us smoothly and efficiently and the account was open in one day! Better than the rest of them Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

easy to use and friendly

When I phone the bank manager answers the phone to me with my name!. Firstly they have a manager who exists, secondly he gives out his name and number, thirdly he knows mine (I know it is the pre programed mobile number but I still like it) and finally someone actually answers the call before the bater goes on a cordless phone Reviewed on: 12th April 2021
