Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Okay bank

No communication between online bank, telephone and store bank. Theres not a time I went into the bank and didn't have an issue. I had to keep calling for updates because no one would contact me. I had to wait a month for a simple wire transfer because no one told me there was an issue. Reviewed on: 5th April 2021
