Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

I have always seen your banks on different High Streets and was intrigued, but never had a good enough reason to enter and look around or to even join as a new customer. When I decided to chose Metro Bank for my new business account, I had very good support to help me transition from my old High Street Business Bank account to my new account with Metro Bank. It was a simple process. Your online banking system is very user-friendly and looks and feels secure. I also like that you are available for contact in the evenings and over the weekends.
