I love that they are open 7 days a week and even after work hours. Customer service is always excellent, you always have someone meet you at the door and direct you to where you need to be. Lost cards are printed in store no more than a 5 min wait for a new card. Trying to switch our business account during a Pandemic seemed near on impossible until we approached Metro Bank. From the initial application straight through to card activation we received nothing but the best in customer service. The online process itself was simple and clear and when we did go into branch (Solihull) we were treated like the most important people in the branch. I can not praise them enough. a very easy way to get yourself started

Metrobank make it very easy to get started in business banking, friendly staff and easy systems, no appointments, you just need to realise you might wait a little if you want a more than over the counter transaction on your visit, plus keep £5k in the account and there is no charge !! Doing business with them has always been a pleasure. Their opening hours are convenient as they are open after my business hours. I understand now with lockdown, they are on restricted opening hours , I am hoping it will go back to normal soon. Email enquiries have always been prompt. Staff are always polite and welcoming.
