Accessible , easy , approachable

The ease of banking for extended opening hours and direct access to a team member whether on the phone or in branch is a huge benefit . Never a quibble over obtaining a coin float , never a problem to pay items in or out , direct line to branch and not a call centre . Emails answered directly by personnel in branch . face to face contact as oppose to machine use in branch . Always staff available to help . I really cannot over-enthuse about our experience with our branch in Brighton . Simple things like - lost or broken card - instant printing of replacement . Easy Easy banking . Charity-friendly business banking

Metro provide our little charity with business banking facilities that we otherwise couldn't afford. We love how helpful and friendly the staff are while always remaining professional and diligent. The weekend opening hours are really helpful as we can bank cash straight away from our fundraising activities, which tend to be on Saturdays. recently changed from NatWest to Metro Bank we were so impressed in the transition we dealt with people face to face instead of talking to people who are working from home and invariably spent hours chasing things up because they had not come back to us which was why we moved Reviewed on: 10th March 2021

Accessible, Welcoming and Professional

The bank in Brighton makes a very bold statement with its impressive building , it combines the grandeur of old with a very modern design. I love going in there to be greeted by the friendly staff and appreciate being able to have easy access to the account from home too. Reviewed on: 10th March 2021
