Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Opened a Community Account with no hassle.

I wanted to open a Community Account that didn't have any charges. These seem very few and far between nowadays, but Metro Bank did one with no hassle and very easily. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Customer service difference

Metro Bank’s approach to CS makes a huge difference. I have several business accounts with other banks and the service I get from Metro is the best. We all have problems with banking, it is how they are resolved and how quickly you are understood. The transaction on on-line banking is provided by technology, the important stuff to me is how the bank respond to problems.
