Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Good for Business Banking

I opened my first Business Bank Account within a day. Subsequent accounts were opened and transferred to the new business owner quickly and efficiently. The online and mobile app give good service and if there are nay difficulties these are resolved quickly. Unfortunately there is no quick deposit service for paying in cheques like other banks.
