Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Considerate and Realistic

An excellent Bank

My Co has been a Metro client for around 18 months or so and I have found them to provide an excellent personal range of services including an excellent phone app. Any problems have been resolved quickly and professionally and the local branch and manager provide an excellent service in every respect. We have previously banked with Nat West and Bank of Scotland and Metro is outstanding by comparison. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
