Why I would recommend Metro Bank

They were patient with my neurodiversity They personally came to my house in adversity. They fixed my banking when the Rural ping was low They helped me choose which were the best accounts to know They gave me honest sound advice In Covid, when stressed, they repeated instructions more than twice. Their answer phone service is professional and polite. They made sure I got banking transfers right. They one of the only banks that support the environment They are one of the only banks supporting the environment; this is so important. I've said it twice. They aren't fools and don't support fossil fuels. If I weren't returning to NZ, I would keep them as my business bank. They are brilliant. We was looking to open a business bank account, Metro bank were able to attend to our request with no time .unlike other banks we were given an appointment for three months wait. When ever we have an issue the account manager is always at hand to support us. They are the best bank for our business. we look forward to our long working relationship with Metro Bank.
