Metro Bank is the most user-friendly and helpful bank I've ever used. From the moment you walk in, already they display excellent customer service and you can tell that their staff are clearly well trained and prepared! Compared to the other banks I have used, albeit may not be many, this is the only one where I have genuinely felt comfortable and well treated. Right now, I couldn't ask for a better bank!
