Easy, Efficient & Always Helpful

My experience with Metrobank has been fantastic. My current account was up and running with my card printed all within one hour. I've visited multiple branches for help at the counter and have called the customer helpline and my queries have always been met with excellent support. Because of my great experience, I encouraged my sister to open a current account at Metrobank which is exactly what she has done. Honest Review

Metro Bank is the most user-friendly and helpful bank I've ever used. From the moment you walk in, already they display excellent customer service and you can tell that their staff are clearly well trained and prepared! Compared to the other banks I have used, albeit may not be many, this is the only one where I have genuinely felt comfortable and well treated. Right now, I couldn't ask for a better bank! Great adventure
