Honest Review

Metro Bank is the most user-friendly and helpful bank I've ever used. From the moment you walk in, already they display excellent customer service and you can tell that their staff are clearly well trained and prepared! Compared to the other banks I have used, albeit may not be many, this is the only one where I have genuinely felt comfortable and well treated. Right now, I couldn't ask for a better bank! Great adventure

I am new to the UK. and this is my first account. I tried opening accounts with other banks but was stopped short with a lot of complicated procedures and rules. At Metro, it was quick and easy, it took me just half an hour and I was walking with a new Debit card. Reviewed on: 10th March 2021
