The Bank for YOU

Metrobank provides a very personal and caring service. I use internet banking, which is so straightforward and safe to operate. I also go into my local branch fairly frequently and the staff are a credit to Metrobank. Altogether the bank for ME - why not YOU? Reviewed on: 9th March 2021

Simplistic, limited barriers and condensed corporate language...

I recently opened an account online and noticed the wording was not the usual "corporate" language which you would expect from a bank. The experience was more aligned to a retail platform, with quick and simple stages. Part way through I actually abandended my application, due to personal I.D. and not being local to a store, which I'll be honest, I almost forgot to come back to! Anyways, I received an email with an update and a time frame to process. (My passport had now been returned). I was directed back to where I had left off, saving time inputting again. My account was opened within minuets and I had the mobile app, together with my online log-in details, all set up shortly after. I was then asked what my preference was for a card / pin, which I choose for postal and they arrived within days... All the way through, I was given the option of how I wanted to bank, the information was clear and hassle free! Thanks Metro! Reviewed on: 9th March 2021

Best bank ever

I’ve been with Metro Bank for nearly 6 years and I have never had an issue with them. I love that they are open 7 days a week which means I access my money around my own schedule. I love the staff in branch. They are so polite and friendly and laid back. I was so impressed I even looked for a job there. Easy to bank with the Metro Bank

We opened a current account a couple of years ago and found it easy and simple to do and were delighted that we got our debit cards there and then, so no need to wait for these in the post! We've found the mobile banking App easy to use too. Reviewed on: 9th March 2021
