Best bank ever

I’ve been with Metro Bank for nearly 6 years and I have never had an issue with them. I love that they are open 7 days a week which means I access my money around my own schedule. I love the staff in branch. They are so polite and friendly and laid back. I was so impressed I even looked for a job there. Easy to bank with the Metro Bank

We opened a current account a couple of years ago and found it easy and simple to do and were delighted that we got our debit cards there and then, so no need to wait for these in the post! We've found the mobile banking App easy to use too. Reviewed on: 9th March 2021

Metro bank is the new standard.

They just do there job, get stuff done and never get in my way. I feel looked after and taken care of. And feel like that they are on my side and at my level. Banking made easy and simple

I started banking with Metro about 6 years ago and haven't regretted it. They are always so helpful when I need to go into branch. I like that they are open later than a normal bank and that I can safely use my card in the entrance to my local bank even if the bank is closed. A bank for the people!

Ever since Metro Bank emerged on the scene, they have been taking the streets by storm with their lively grand openings and beautifully designed stores. The customer service is beyond impressive, and sets a standard for all banks and retails across various industries. I have been banking with Metro bank for almost 8 years and continue to do so for a long long time. They cater even to the young with their innovative coin counting machine and young savers accounts!
