The most Flexible Bank

I choose Metrobank when arriving in the UK because their opening hours are very flexible, which is really important when you working all week and late in the evening. Opening an account was really straight forward. The team is always very helpful with any queries, whether it is over the phone or at the counter. And the Online Banking from computer and App is very ergonomic, easy to use to follow any expenses and follow up with our budget. Reviewed on: 8th March 2021

Brilliant bank

I have jumped a number of banks over the years, taking advantage of different offers for new account holders. Metro didn't offer any financial incentive. Instead, they offered genuine banking. Face to face availability daily, the opening of 7 days a week makes a huge impact, but the overall customer service journey is fantastic. I now have my current account, savings account, and child's account with the bank, and have recommended it to multiple friends and family. Cannot rate or recommend highly enough.
