Bank, that I can depend on

Being a disabled seventy year old, with many underlying health problems. I totally rely upon internet banking, to this end, Metro Bank have been my rock. I did have a small problem some two years ago, but it was resolved after a two minute call to customer services. Banking with no fuss

We join the Bank in 2012. We transfer an account from a 'top' competitor to test the waters. Have no regrets, no queues at the tills, you are allocated there and then a rep to deal with a query and you walk out with your worries sorted.
