When l go into branch the staff are always very professional and polite and when l phone up l always get someone answer within seconds and polite and get what l need to be done can also get a new card and pin within minutes in branch which is amazing Reviewed on: 7th March 2021

Bank, that I can depend on

Being a disabled seventy year old, with many underlying health problems. I totally rely upon internet banking, to this end, Metro Bank have been my rock. I did have a small problem some two years ago, but it was resolved after a two minute call to customer services. Banking with no fuss

We join the Bank in 2012. We transfer an account from a 'top' competitor to test the waters. Have no regrets, no queues at the tills, you are allocated there and then a rep to deal with a query and you walk out with your worries sorted. Friendly staff, great service and lots of space!

One of the reasons I moved to the Metro Bank was because I was tired of standing in a queue, and then being asked in public why I was coming to the bank. Everyone else could hear. Metro Bank follows roughly the same procedure, but you only have to make a rough statement of what you hope to do, and then, there is lots of space, with desks and chairs, where you can talk with privacy to a member of staff. I think its fantastic, and have never regretted changing to the Metro. Reviewed on: 7th March 2021
