Brilliant

I've never had a bank that's more interested in its customers more than money. The staff are well trained polite and friendly. I used to have Metro as my 2and account. I soon changed that. Their telephone operatives are just as polite and friendly as face to face staff. Everyone should have Metro as their main account Reviewed on: 6th March 2021

Friendly and reliable

Metro bank has very friendly staff across their banks. I have used the Slough branch and am now with HIGH WYCOMBE branch. It seem metro has invested and trained their staff to be super friendly. Metro is reliable as well and are always willing to help, they put people first. I might be wrong but I think that's the only bank you can make a withdrawal without an ID and a BANK CARD.
