I applied for a current account and within minutes it was set up successfully , timescale for card to arrive is one of the quickest l’ve came accross and the app and online system are nice on the eyes and a pleasure to use Reviewed on: 6th March 2021

Best move ever.

I changed to Metro Bank in 2018. It was one of the best things I have ever done. I have able to keep better control of my money by being able to save and use my cash more effectively. Getting my monthly direct debits and standing orders paid on time is an excellent service. I moved to Metro Bank after 41 years with the same bank as they closed my local branch without telling me. When i walk towards those big glass doors that get's opened for my by staff is gives me the feeling of royalty. Been asked how are you today sir how can we help which comes after.
