Great People to do Banking with!

The on-line banking platform is very easy to use and efficient and whenever you phone the customer services they are incredibly helpful, professional and calm (they also don't make you feel stupid when you have done something silly!). A very efficient and easy to use current account.

Since 2012, I have held an account with Metro Bank. Over that period and using the online banking, the Bank has answered all questions quickly and resolved any issues with clarity and without error. Their online systems are easy to use and facilitate easy daily use. I would not be without Metro! Reviewed on: 5th March 2021
