Best reliable bank

I have been a customer since 2015 and I cannot fault metro bank at all, excellent fraud protection, they don’t bombard you with fees and late charges at every opportunity, very fair bank and the staff in store are always lovely. Highly recommended Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Best banking by far

i have been a customer of Metrobank for a few years now, ever since they opened a branch in Maidstone. My accountant had always said "Don't ever think a bank is going to be your friend, they won't be". This was especially true of my old bank, NatWest. However, I am pleased to say that I consider Metrobank to be a friend. They are helpful, their opening hours are suited to the customer and their staff are the most pleasant I have yet to meet. Not all banks are the same, so thank goodness for Metrobank. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Online Banking a Doddle. Customer Support Excellent.

Having used Metro's Current Account Switch Service, almost seven years ago, I could not fault them in any Department, whether online or inshop. Their online security is probably the best of all the financial institutions. I have absolutely no reason to think of switching my account to any other Bank, regardless of their "incentives".
