Best bank

Best banking by far

i have been a customer of Metrobank for a few years now, ever since they opened a branch in Maidstone. My accountant had always said "Don't ever think a bank is going to be your friend, they won't be". This was especially true of my old bank, NatWest. However, I am pleased to say that I consider Metrobank to be a friend. They are helpful, their opening hours are suited to the customer and their staff are the most pleasant I have yet to meet. Online Banking a Doddle. Customer Support Excellent.

Having used Metro's Current Account Switch Service, almost seven years ago, I could not fault them in any Department, whether online or inshop. Their online security is probably the best of all the financial institutions. I have absolutely no reason to think of switching my account to any other Bank, regardless of their "incentives". Terrible bank!be very careful! They Don't protect you against fraud at all and won't refund you when you've been scammed. I would offer a very wary warning to anyone thinking of using metro. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Straight forward personal banking

A bank with good intentions

I have been banking with metro bank for several years, the great customer service is second to none. On my birthday one year they gave me a gift to get myself something small, I have used their services internationally and it has been easy and free.
