Customer service

I can honestly say I always walk away with a smile on my face iv never had problems with this bank, customer service is amazing always smiling happy and welcoming now what more could you ask for? Overall would recommend highly, extremely happy with my current account and my sons savings account. Not to mention metro have always stopped unusual transactions before they come out. Cannot pick fault

Always polite and friendly. Helpful in the way they guide you through their procedures. I have used several branches when out and about at work and always been treated well and with respect. Very quick to pick up on fraudulent transactions and contact the customer. Reviewed on: 4th March 2021
