The most friendly customer experience

I moved from a long established high street bank to Metro Bank after being treated poorly three years ago. Opening the account and getting my debit card took under 30 mins, they walked me through online banking and the mobile app. Any telephone enquiries I've had are always answered and dealt with promptly and by staff who are happy to help. Visiting a branch for face to face banking is never a chore. Friendly and knowledgeable staff always please to help. A slight deterioration but still the best High Street bank in London

I like that the bank has much more convenient opening hours than their competitors,has free cash machines to deposit loose change and will quickly replace one's bank card immediately if the original is mislaid or disappointing that charges are now made on World wide transactions however Europe is still free. My only negative comments are that the standard of counter customer service staff has dropped a little and telephone conversations can be difficult as so many security details are needed ... a little too many I feel.
