Putting the big banks to shame...

When one of the big high-street banks couldn't change my wife's account to her married name after two appointments and then telling us it would take 10 days... we walked into Metro Bank. 40 minutes later, we'd opened a joint account and walked out with debit cards, a chequebook and working internet banking. Our nearest branch is open both days of the weekend which makes it so much easier if we need to go there. The staff are always exceptionally helpful - and the dog gets free biscuits. Best Bank by far

I have pretty much a lot of bank account's alot I had alot off ongoing issue's with, I was recommended by friend to try the Metro Bank, Was really easy to get everything set up in store, the staff are very friendly, I was offered a drink hot or cold, a lollipop for my kids each, overall they bend there back's for there customers, glad I made the switch. Metro Bank is so customer focussed. They stay open late for those of us that work in the day and can't make it to the bank, they treat you well in the branch, and they even look after your dog! Reviewed on: 6th January 2019

Every time I've needed help it's always been done straightaway. I've always experienced great customer service and the bank itself is open longer hours and more accessible. The most friendly customer experience

I moved from a long established high street bank to Metro Bank after being treated poorly three years ago. Opening the account and getting my debit card took under 30 mins, they walked me through online banking and the mobile app. Any telephone enquiries I've had are always answered and dealt with promptly and by staff who are happy to help. Visiting a branch for face to face banking is never a chore. Friendly and knowledgeable staff always please to help.
