Overall decent

Fairly new customer however have had no major issues. Plus January, a guy in the customer service team gave a free fiver as a new year gesture, especially when in the January crisis! Reviewed on: 1st February 2019

Fresh new branch approach

Held a Metro account for four years now and it’s been a great bank. Branch (store!) opening hours are great, the branches are clean, bright and Buck the stuffy high street branch trend of other banks. Staff are friendly, often chosen for being new to banking but that doesn’t mean their competency is questionable- quite the opposite. Simply the best bank on the high street

Friendly and helpful staff combined with modern banking

Friendly staff give clear explanations about the services offered / asked for. Account opening was a doddle and I left the branch with debit card in hand and online banking set-up and ready to be used. Reviewed on: 14th January 2019

Metro is fantastic!

Great customer service

I have only been with Metro bank for a short time but find the customer service very efficient and helpful. It’s always easy to get through and actually speak to someone with any queries and I also find the online banking easier to navigate than other online banks. Reviewed on: 13th January 2019
