A modern bank for modern times

Love Metro bank, get your cards printed whilst you are there, customer service is excellent, can use my cards on holiday in Europe and not get ripped off with charges, app is great and easy to use - I even got given some treats for my dog (who by the way is allowed into the bank!). Open when you need them!

Whilst I feel Metro's customer service standards have slipped a bit since last year the fact that they open their branches at times convenient to the customer and also do not charge on cash withdrawals in Europe they still get my vote! Reviewed on: 6th November 2018
