Open when you need them!

Whilst I feel Metro's customer service standards have slipped a bit since last year the fact that they open their branches at times convenient to the customer and also do not charge on cash withdrawals in Europe they still get my vote! Reviewed on: 6th November 2018

TAKE THEM TO THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT--THEY'LL SOON PART UP!!!!

THE HIGHER UP THE FOOD CHAIN YOU GO WITH THIS EXCUSE FOR A BANK THE MORE LIKELY YOU ARE TO ENCOUNTER AN INCREDIBLE AND UNBELIEVABLE DEGREE OF IGNORANCE AND ARROGANCE --WHEN THEY DO TAKE LIBERTIES WITH YOU AND YOUR ACCOUNT---AS THEY DID WITH MINE ---THEIR FIRST MOVE IS TO FEIGN OFFENCE --USUALLY ABOUT A DOSE OF THE VAPOURS!!--IN OTHER WORDS CONFECTED OFFENCE--!---AND TELL YOU TO MOVE YOUR ACCOUNT ELSEWHERE --PROBABLY WITHIN 60 DAYS ---ALSO SUGGESTING YOU TAKE YOUR COMPLAINT TO THE OMBUDSMAN IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED --I FOUND THE BEST METHOD IS TO LEAVE THEIR " DEAR OLD PALS" WORKING IN THE OMBUDSMAN'S OFFICES RIGHT OUT OF THE MATTER AND GO STRAIGHT TO THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT--FOR WHICH THEY'LL HAVE TO MEET THE COST OF --ABOUT SEVENTY QUID AND A SIMPLE PROCESS--WHEN THEY SWALLOW, AND PART UP WITHOUT OFFERING ANY DEFENCE TO THE COURT AT ALL ---DESPITE BEING "CONFIDENT"--ACCORDING TO THEM BEFOREHAND--"THAT THEY WILL WIN THE CASE "-- BELIEVE ME I DID IT --FOLLOWING MONTHS OF BEING MESSED ABOUT BY THE " BEND OVER --GRASP YOUR ANKLES --AND BRACE YOURSELF" ---HAUGHTY AND UNBELIEVABLY ARROGANT --COMPLETELY AND MISLEADINGLY MISNAMED--CUSTOMER SERVICES DEPARTMENT---THE WORKERS THERE ARE EXCELLENT FOR THE MOST PART --EVEN IF SOMEWHAT OUT OF THEIR DEPTH AT TIMES --BUT THE MANAGEMENT END OF IT MUST BE ON BONUSES FOR ARROGANCE DISPLAYED AND COVER UP OF THE TRUTH-- AND PAST EXPERIENCE TEACHES THAT YOU CAN THROW A LORRY ENGINE FARTHER ON A COLD AND FROSTY MORNING THAN YOU CAN TRUST EITHER THEIR IMPARTIALITY OR INTEGRITY--ASK FOR FAIR TREATMENT FIRST AND IF NO SAVVY SHORTLY AFTERWARDS- GO STRAIGHT TO THE COUNTY COURT OTHERWISE THESE WILL HAVE YOU ON A PIECE OF STRING FOR AS LONG AS YOU ARE PREPARED TO CONTINUE BEING SHAFTED BY THEM AND PIGS WILL GROW WINGS BEFORE IT CROSSES THEIR MIND TO TREAT YOU FAIRLY Reviewed on: 16th October 2018

RUNBISH BANK

The worst bank you gona find in the… The worst bank you gona find in the whole world, PLEASE DO NOT USE METRO BANK I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET, I couldn’t use my own money and they said they are doing checks, called them so many times but all the time stories, What a shame that I had provided them all the required documents but still I cannot use my money, ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH BANK Reviewed on: 8th October 2018

The instant Bank

Metro bank, is great, everything, is done in branch, so if you have a busy schedule, and always short for time they're great, they pone banking, online and the app, which make life easier. Loose yoi bank card, no probs get a new 1 in branch any branch. (This is my back of choice.) Reviewed on: 17th August 2018

HOPE THEY TRY AND SUE ME AS THIS IS AN INVITATION TO LIBEL

IN MY EXPERIENCE OF BANKING --ABOUT 50 YEARS WORTH --I HAVE NEVER MET A MORE CONCEITED -ARROGANT-PACK OF UTTER BAREFACED LYING- WHITE COLLAR LOWLIFES--AND I'M SOMEONE WHO WAS ACTUALLY SOLD PPI--THESE ARROGANT LOWLIFES THINK NOTHING OF RELEASING DATA PROTECTED INFORMATION TO CORRUPT FORMER COLLEAGUES IN ORDER TO ENABLE THE COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE MISAPROPRIATION OF AN OAP'S PENSION AND DISABILITY ALLOWANCE TO BE PASSED ON TO A TAX DODGING MULTINATIONAL -- DESPITE A DIRECT INSTRUCTION TO CEASE ALL FUTURE PAYMENTS UNTIL A DISPUTE HAD BEEN RESOLVED -WHAT IS EVEN MORE BREATHTAKING IS THE EXTENT OF THE ATTEMPT TO COVER UP WHAT HAS GONE ON AND UTTER BAREFACED LYING AND DISHONESTY ON THEIR PART IN PURSUIT OF JUST THAT ---I OPENLY ACCUSE THOSE AT THE TOP OF THE FOOD CHAIN OF THIS PACK OF LYING WHITECOLLAR LOWLIFES OF BEING TOTALLY CORRUPT AND UNTRUSTWORTHY AND WOULD GLADLY PRODUCE THE EVIDENCE IN ANY COURT THEY MIGHT HAVE THE CAHONES TO CALL THE MATTER INTO --DONT WORRY THEY WONT --AS APART FROM MISSING THE NECESSARY BACKBONE --THEY KNOW FULL WELL THEY'LL COME BADLY UNSTUCK SO I AM UTTERLY CONVINCED THIS IS A GAUNTLET THE FRAUDSTERS DONT DARE PICK UP Reviewed on: 14th August 2018

Great bank to bank with , efficient and user friendly

I enjoy banking with metro, very convenient being a bank that closes at 8 and opens on sunday. Love it. Could do with more features and benefits for current account users. Reviewed on: 30th May 2018
