great challenger bank

Not without faults however much better than the vanilla high street banks. Every time there's a problem get it sorted out there and then. Money could come faster however no issues with metro. Using them for 8 years now and counting. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Everyday round the year

Always happy to help you when you walk in to the bank and made to feel welcome. Been with them a long time now and been to a few of there branches and all are the same with how your made to feel thaks metro bank for all your hard work and thanks to the staff that work for there hard work as well.
