A breath of fresh air after years with HSBC

Extremely easy and hassle free to open an account from them. I had become increasingly dissatisfied with HSBC after having been with them for decades. Metro has become a breath of fresh air. Long opening hours and no queues

I've been banking with Metro for several years now, and I can honestly say that I'm impressed with their services. From the moment I walk in, I'm greeted with a smile and a warm welcome from their friendly staff. They're always willing to answer my questions and address any concerns I have. One of the things I love about this bank is its online banking platform. It's user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it a breeze to check my account balances, transfer funds, and pay bills. And when I need to speak with someone directly, their customer service team is top-notch. They're knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to help me out.
