Long opening hours and no queues

I've been banking with Metro for several years now, and I can honestly say that I'm impressed with their services. From the moment I walk in, I'm greeted with a smile and a warm welcome from their friendly staff. They're always willing to answer my questions and address any concerns I have. One of the things I love about this bank is its online banking platform. It's user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it a breeze to check my account balances, transfer funds, and pay bills. And when I need to speak with someone directly, their customer service team is top-notch. They're knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to help me out. Everything you need

Staff are great whenever I’ve needed help. Can get through to people quickly on the phone. My whole family have accounts because we think it’s the best. Safety deposit boxes are handy. Printing new cards same day is great. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
