There when you need them

I until recently had a bank account with NatWest, I’d held that account since I was 7 years old, however as you walk along the high street you start to notice your bank isn’t available when you need it to be. As such, I opened up my account with Metro around four months ago and have never had an issue, and being able to deposit cash any day of the week up until 7pm most of those days has been a real highlight and reason for me to make that change. It’s a modern bank that works for whatever occupation and hours you have. For that reason 10/10. Would recommend to anyone that asked. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Avoid

I LOVE Metro Bank, I receive a personalized service. I don't have to use online banking or call the call center unless I opt to. I can always speak to someone on the phone or go in to the branch and see an advisor. This is how banking should be. They are fantastic. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
