Customer service focussed bank

I've been with them since 2014 and it's been a great bank for me personally. I've used there card abroad in Europe many times. I like the fact they are open and early and close late. Ohhh and the best part it's a bank that's open on bank holiday which is amazing. It's really shaking up the standard British banks with its USP. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
