With Metro from day One an modern bank with good old fashioned values. Here for the customers.

I joined on the first day they opened because they ticked all the boxes about what a proper bank should be. Meaning they arrange themselves around their customers. I can get there before work , after work or at weekends. I can sign up with them and leave with my debit card. If there is a problem they communicate with real people not bots and endless questions on apps. And last but not least there customer service is conducted in the UK by real humans who I can sit down with face to face if I need to. A 21st century bank with old school values. A lesson other banks should learn. I have recommended so many people to Metro for all of the above reasons. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
